Nope. I prefer Old English Furniture Polish.
But when I was in the Army, I would put rubbing alcohol on my combat boots, and light them on fire to burn off the crappy factory finish. Then when it was down to the bare leather, I would put on a few coats of quality leather dye. After that I would put on a few coats of Kiwi black shoe polish, and spit shine that. Then I would put on a clear coat of water proof polish and spit shine that too. I had the best looking boots in the battalion! Even if my platoon mates thought that I was crazy for setting my boots on fire.
Wait a minute! Were you talking about shinning morning wood? Sounds like fun to me. Especially if I can get someone to spit shine it for me!

My own spit? On my wood? EWWWWWW!!!!!!!

When left to my own devices, I've never needed to spit shine my wood, as it were... If I had someone helping me spit shine my lumber, that's another matter.

sometimes you just need that little bit of spit to get results your looking for! Especially if the wood is soft and your wanting something harder.
