Yes, when the wind blows from the north, I get a little down, because at this time of year, I know it will be cold. If it blows from the south, I know warmer temps are on the way and I perk up a bit.

The wind is dictated by the moon change, so in reality it is the moon that is changing your moods.
and it effects everyone, we are mostly made of water, which is effected big time by the moon. The moon never changes the earth does.
In every religion there is reference to the moon and or changes in behavior because of it.
the fuller the moon the more people you will notice are out and about. It is said on a full moon the police stations are full becaue of people being out and about.....
