According to these websites:
It is safe to get the flu shot while breast feeding your baby. The flu shot cannot cause you or your nursing baby to get sick.
Add: The CDC says it's OK; however, it will not protect your baby. It recommends the shot for children 6-23 months old.

Your baby is so much more protected from the breast milk than from the flu shot. Your flu shot will not negatively affect her through the breast milk although your body will make some antibodies in response to the shot which will pass to your baby. I would agree with you not to give her more shots!

She will not get sick from it and since she is not old enough to get the vaccine herself ( she must be 6 months), I would recommend that everyone around her ( you, father, siblings, grandparents, babysitter) get the flu vaccine to sort of " build a protective wall". This is the general guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Hope this helps!

it does'nt protect the baby too.. at least i don't think it does... when you get a flu shot they inject some of the virus into your blood stream and i don't think that you can pass it on to your baby but i would ask your doctor......

I would check with the CDC before getting the shot.

You should get it, if you don't get the flu, odds are your baby will not get it.
