I guess that is the part where they are not supposed to break or lose your package...but I guess then, why do you pay additional insurance to ensure those two are covered?

Anything that a person does to get it ready to ship to you is the handling. including the mailman! type order,fill order,put in box, ect!

The person in China or Mexico that actually put your purchase in a box made in that country that makes $2 per day.

The shipping is the transportation .... the handling is the packing, loading & unloading

handling is the person who puts your order together to ship it to you. they get paid too.
