"A View To A Kill" in 1985. Max Zorin was played by Christopher Walken and back in those days, Roger Moore was James Bond.

I would take that over "Casino Royale" and Daniel Craig as Bond any day of the week, even though Pierce Brosnan was my favorite "Bond".
