2. A verbal contrct is enforceable depending upon the evidence but tthe maxim that a verbal contract is not worth the paper it is written on, should always be bourne in mind
3. A minor can enter into an enforceable contract for his necessities the scope of whicjh would depend on his station in life this includes an appenticeship and other maytters deemed to be for his benefit

It can be if reasonable ie A partnerselling out to his other partner and agreeing not to compete within three miles of the original businees would possibly be considered reasonable id he opened a shop two doors down but unreasonable if it was a blanket term banning competion for many years or all time

2- maybe. If it is an oral contract, or a handshake contract, it may still be enforceable if there are credible witnesses to verify.
3-true, this is why they won't give credit to minors w/o adult co-signers

your teacher, seems the two who have answered, who give a

clear yes and no, as lawyers or lecturers do not agree !!
