We realize that we have hit bottom and that the only way to go is up! we can fumble through until we recover enough to cry again later but if we realize that we are at the bottom of a well, we need to look up and see that there is light up there somewhere and start climbing, no matter how long it takes, how hard it is, or how many times we may slip backwards a bit. There is light, warmth, happiness, joy and often a very special person waiting for us there who may help us when we get closer to the top but we have to decide enough is enough and start climbing ourselves before anyone else can help us. May your climb be not as hard as you think it may be!!

When tears are gone that is your chance to stand up to what made you cry and take a stand......or just try to move on and let things be at peace.

When the tears are gone, that's when we need to pick ourselves up and get on with our lives.

We "crumble and fall" emotionally, with this bitter taste in our mouth but what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger! We are humans, and are allowed to fail !
