All of them are so unique.
I like Sawyer and Samara.
Samara is absolutely beautiful. Why not try Samara Thea Alten? Or Thea Samara Alten.
Sawyer is golden too. Why not Sawyer Mason Alten? Or Travis Sawyer Alten.
Sounds like a famous designer, lol. Good luck!

Arthur Drew Alten for boys and Jane Samara Alten for girls

I love Wyatt, but I'm not crazy about the middle name Cooper - maybe Wyatt Avery or Wyatt Drew.

I also like Arthur.

Mason and Logan are fine, but too trendy for my tastes. Travis is okay; Jefferson is a bit much for me.

I love the names Samara and Penelope. I'd use Penelope Jane or Samara Jane, though Samara Ryder is fine.

I'd personally avoid a two-syllable first name also ending in an N sound, like Alten. Much as I love Logan, for example, Logan Alten just doesn't flow well to my ear. Makes it a bit difficult to rate the boy names, since that would affect Logan, Mason (too trendy for my taste) and Jefferson (better, because of the extra syllable, however). Arthur Alten is also too repetitive for me, personally, though I do like Arthur. Wyatt also has the back-to-back -att/Alt- sounds -- not ideal -- and Travis is simply too dated and overused.

Of the girl names, I love Thea, though it's a bit difficult to follow up an A-ending first name with an A-beginning last name. You might consider using Thea as a nickname for Dorothy, however. ;) I also wouldn't pair it with Reese, repeating the same "ee" sound in both names. So Thea itself I'd give a 9 (but lowered to a 5 for Thea Reese Alten in full).

Samara has the same problem, and I don't like it as much as Thea to begin with (just much more expected). And Ryder just isn't attractive to me at all, for either gender. Just sounds like "ride her," and there's nothing appealing about that in my mind. In full, I'd give it a 2.

Mary Penelope Alten is gorgeous! I'll give that one a 10, right off. ;) The similar ending sounds of Mary Penelope might not be ideal, but with so many syllables separating them, it's not that much an issue. Just a lovely, stunning choice in its entirety. ;)

Jane itself I'd give a 10. Not at all "plain" or overused at the moment, despite some people's misconceptions. And Jane Alten has a stunningly elegant sound that would well suit any child or adult woman equally well. I'd personally pair Jane Penelope Alten, however. It avoids the abrupt sound and flow issues with Samara and also provides a lovely balance. Sweet and simple Jane followed up with obviously-longer, unexpected Penelope is just breathtaking. I adore it. :)

Hope that helps.
