Think outside the box here! $500 will get you to the gas station and about 300 miles. Hit your local Sunday newspaper travel section for interesting leaders and weekend get aways. If you want to get serious wait till you can go big. Nobody can relax in one week. Get on the road and never go back!!!!!! I did! best thing that has ever happened to me!!!
in answer to your question, i sold everything I owned and went around the world. In the process I found a little town in
Vietnam that I liked and moved here. Hoi An Vietnam is georgeous. I am making more money here and my expenses are one 25th of what they were in the states. which makes my life easier and stress free. a much better life style than the LA rat race.
