Because that yellow smiley face is tired of going around the whole store rolling back prices. The poor little guy never gets a break! He goes from cosmetics to electronics to toys, he can't cover it all by himself! Give that guy a raise...oh wait...that doesn't happen at wal-mart!

I was thinking the same thing but they lower it then raise the darn price up and say they keep lowering the price all the time.

If things continue to go the way they've been going, then I can almost feel certain things will be free before too awfully long....LOL....But I really don't think that's going to happen. However, one can always dream.
