mid point M(0,4)
A(- 4 , -1)
A has position vector a
B has position vector b
mid point , M, has position vector m
b = a + 2 AM
b = a + 2(m - a)
b = { - 4 -1 } + 2 { 4 5 }----vector
b = { 4 9 }-----vector
B (4 , 9) ------point

x increments by 4 and y by 5 (from the first end point to the middle), just add this to the middle point.
So it is (4,9)

I haven't done this in years, but I believe it is 4,9
