Nothing, if shes a good friend it shouldn't matter what she looks like. It anyone makes fun of her, you should stand up for her, and you be a good friend. It shouldn't matter what people look like, you shouldn't judge someone by thier appearance so why does it matter?

Sounds like you have Cacophobia. Maybe your friend needs to make other friends that won't judge him/her so harshly.

if you feel that way help them to improve thier appearance, or find a nice quality that you like about them it may help you to stop concentrating on their appearance
