I feel awful if I do. That's why I try not to hang up on anyone no matter how much I wanna slam the phone down.

If I hang up on them, they've usually got it coming.
Since I bought my house, my cell is my primary number and the landline is strictly so I can get internet. I have never recieved any calls on the landline that were calls I wanted to get. It's always been a sales pitch, or some other attempt to weasel cash from me; I get that in the parking lot of a convenience store.
So, I'm not above simply picking up and replacing the reciever.

No I don't feel bad but I hate talking on the phone if a telemarketer calls I always hang up, If I wanted to talk I would call them.

LOL yes i do!!
me and my best friend always argue over whose going to put down the phone and as a joke we do that 'you hang up. no YOU hang up' in amercian accents, and everyone thinks i'm talking to a boyfriend lol
but really its only my best friend i feel bad hanging up on. i can put the phone down on anyone else in a flash

I don't hang up on normal people, but I have gotten accustomed to hanging up on my ex bf and salespeople without having any guilt whatsoever...

depends on the situation. if they piss me off, i hang up and do not feel bad.
but if it's my fault, yes i do. very bad.
