I would usually use an ice cream scoop, but if mine broke like they sometimes do I would use a regular spoon.

Well mostly spoon BEcause for the ice cream scoop is mostly far away from me!

I usually use a scoop, but sometimes I have to get the spoon out because the ice cream sticks to it.

regular spoon; i gift my ice cream scoop on friends of mine;
they invited me on "New House Party" and i gift them 5 kg ice cream and my scoop :)
sometimes i missed it, but i love to eat ice cream from the box with regular spoon, so it's not so big deal ;)

I use a spoon when I can't find the scoop......but then again, I've been know to eat ice cream with chop sticks.......it's easier then you think....

I have a metal scoop that works wonderful !!
I run warm water over it and it will slice through
the hardest of frozen ice cream !! Saves wear
and tear on my regular spoons.

ice cream scoop if going in a bowl, spoon if going in a cone so i can pack it down in there
