Human evolution is the part of biological evolution concerning the emergence of humans as a distinct species from other apes. It is the subject of a broad scientific inquiry that seeks to understand and describe how this change and development occurred. The study of human evolution encompasses many scientific disciplines, most notably physical anthropology, linguistics and genetics. The term "human", in the context of human evolution, refers to the genus Homo, but studies of human evolution usually include other hominins, such as the australopithecines.

Yes, as far as science can tell.

However, there are some who believe in planned evolution, as in, a God started the whole process. It was then left to get on with it, but was ultimately planned to end up as Humans, like a computer code.

There are such genetic similarities between us and some of the great apes, that there is no doubt that we are related. We are distant cousins, they are not our ancestors. We share over 90% the same DNA.

Evolution is an incredibly slow process, though sometimes, when you look at the marvels of nature, you do wonder. It can look very 'designed'.

I do believe in evolution, but I'm still open minded as to whether it was actually intended to work that way by design.
But then, where did the designer come from...it goes on.

Would you believe, in this day and age, some religious ideas refuse to believe in the fossil record, and actually believe that the earth is some 50000 years old from the very start to now, and that humans were 'created', as is, 7000 years ago.

We know certain things: there are fossils of parts of skeletons that are similar to modern humans. The older these fossils are, the more different they are from modern humans, yet still with recognizably "human" characteristics. Very old fossils include a number of different hominids and "proto-hominids" that have less and less human, and more and more "ape-like", characteristics including things like teeth types and bone structure. Based on these materials, and with the knowledge of the natural world that we have from other animal lineages, we assume that modern humans have evolved from these more primitive "proto-humans". It's the best explanation that we have any real evidence for, anyway. Of course, you're free to believe any ideas about human origins you wish. Personally, I believe that we were seeded here by tentacled aliens that strikingly resemble the Flying Spaghetti Monster, who then painstakingly laid down the fake fossils as either a cosmic religious rite or an alien version of the SAT (or both).

Yep. Human do evolve.

But please remember that we didn't evolve from apes.
Human do evolve since human emerge on earth, but the evolution only occur in molecular array.
We have a higher resistance for many disease compared to human 500 years ago for example, because our immune system has evolved in response with pathogenic microbes evolution.

And i believe that, no matter how long you wait, you can't see a human grow a wings by natural cause, for example.

Most humans evolved, but you'll find examples of humans here on Yahoo! Answers who have managed to resist evolution and are actually moving in reverse. You'll find them in the Government and Politics area.
