Yes,I've actually seen it sunny on one side of the street and raining on the other with a rainbow joining both,it was amazing!

like the sunny rain. Makes you experience good. Yes, just the other day, it was raining here and the sun was shining just to the west of me. Once many years ago, I was driving west late in the afternoon in a blinding downpour that my windshield wipers could barely keep up with and the blinding low western sun was also blazing away in my dirty smudgy windshield - not a very good situation for safe driving.

I've seen it lot's of times. Just the other day it was sunny out and raining. We call them sun-showers

Actually, I have. I hate it when that happens. Sunshine and rain don't mix, things can get pretty ugly.
