The tour 90 is a heavy frame. If you can generate the racquet speed, you can generate plenty of power with that frame. If you are not used to such a heavy frame however, you will have trouble generating the swing speed necessary to get power out of it. Control is excellent if you play enough tennis to hit dead center. If you only play once a week or less, you need a larger head size to help on off-center hits. Only people who play at least 3 times a week can hit consistently dead center. WIth a 90 head size, if you hit offcenter, forget it, the shot is over. Use specification tables like the one at the link below to help you make racquet selection decisions.

Absolutely, all Wilson rackets have fantastic power because of their stiff frames and excellent control because of their perimeter weighting system which steadies the racket when the ball makes contact. If you're a beginner, I'd recommend a larger head size (mid plus), the one Pete Sampras uses now, so you have a bigger sweet spot. If you want more power, string it with thicker strings, more control, string it with thinner strings. But you really can't go wrong with a Wilson.

so sick of people asking about rackets in the tennis section. only morons ask these questions. anyone with a scrap of tennis sense knows to chose a racket you need to demo them....not ask the opinions of random internet people.
ya, we know what racket will best suit your game from across the cyber world. get a clue.

i would get either the wilson nblade because of the control but it lacks power but because of the good control it makes up for that lack or a pure drive roddick plus
also demo racquets on tenniswarehouse.com thumb through racquets and racquets read about them and sign up for the demo program and demo which ever racquet you like before u spend 189 dollars on a racquet you dont like

how good are you? can you consistently hit the sweetspot? i have a K95 and i love it. the k90 swings heavier than mines though but they should be quite similar. but of course, demo it first at tenniswarehouse. i was about to buy the head flexpoint prestige which is 200 but i found out it just didnt fit my style so saved myself by demoing

Yeah, it would be a good choice. If possible, you should try it at a local tennis shop.
