Last night my friend asked me, "How do you think our friendship would be if we lived closer together?" Now we live states away, "I replied the way we act now just being as who we are, being friends. The way we always treat each other." His response was, "I think we would act like brother/sister. But we would be the life of the party by the way we act towards another. People would just come and see us."
I laughed but I don't know why he asked such a question.
I never got that from a friend before.

he is you friend right? ask him what he meant by that. he is a friend and should be open. all the people here on Y/A can guess what might be on his mind but i know that he would be the best person to answer you and clear your doubt.
the reason i said this was because he might miss you, he might be seeing you as a sister or might want something more than friendship. these are the obvious guesses made by people but htey are only guesses. who knows which one out of these is on his mind? so it would be best if you ask him for the answer. best of luck!!!!!

Oh well, aren't you happy? He is giving you a hint that he is interested in you and that he wants to start a higher level of friendship that eventually will turn out to a sweeter one I guess...so hang on and see the part II..but if you want to remain just friends then tell him now and not to expect from u.

Your frind definately misses you. Usually, to make myself feel better about someone i miss, I loike to talk to them snd msake sure they're still there. Sounds familiar?
