What song to you expect to hear ?

I love seeing Nine Inch Nails. I always expect Closer and Head Like a Hole, but my favorite songs to see performed are March of the Pigs, Wish, and Hurt... among others.

Godsmack at the 2003 KATT FEST in OKC was ABSOLUTELY the best show I've ever seen. The sound was amazing and Sully was everywhere doing everything. The bongo's, the 2 drum sets, the girls dancing on stage, the fireworks...it was amazing. "Moon Baby" was everything I expected.
Before that I say 1991 Metallica, the Black album tour. They still did mostly the old stuff and it was 4 hrs of them jamming, no opening act, just GOOD OLD Metallica! Then a 30 min version of "Fade to Black" as the 4th & final encore.

A big Thumbs up to the answerer who said STP - Weiland's an incredible rock star. :) (I alway hoped for Trippin on a Hole In A Paper Heart).
My favorite live band is still the Dave Matthews Band. You can thumbs-down me if you don't like them or get them. That's fine. But to see them perform live is absolutely incredible. Such energy and passion into each number. It's a great atmosphere, they love their fans and it's just all-around fun. That's why I've seen them twenty-seven times.

For a rock band, Stone Temple Pilots put on my favorite live show. Weiland was a riveting front man, and they were always fun as could be.
For a punk show, The Cramps, naturally

I used to say Metallica until I saw that MOVIE. They are great live, but I am done.
Soulfly puts on one hell of a concert. Sevendust is amazing as well.
Slayer may put on one of the best live shows. I know not all of these are ROCK SHOWS

Well, I have seen Def Leppard 9 times and they always play a good show. One of the best songs that is always on their list is Rocket. Another standard is Bringin On the HeartBreak!
