Pictures in Windows Live messenger are 96 X 96 Pixels, how do I make a picture that is 479 X 752 Pixels 96 X ?? (Below 96 or equal to 96) Pixels with white/black spaces at the sides if the breath is lower than 96? Also, the picture must still be of proper sizes while in the display box please help this is urgent. Thanks.

Resize your image typing in the width box 96 (in the Height box should come 151), then crop or select the center of the image dragging like to draw a square. Then crop it and save it.

except you have an artwork application the place you are able to take a exhibit shot, then paste it as a clean report in that application, then crop and save it..... you cant save some one else's image - except they're keen to deliver it to you. And if its their avatar, they cant deliver it.
