Help to disable the light on a Cruzer USB?

Does anyone out there know how to disable the orange light on a SanDisk micro Cruzer USB device?

Pop it with a sharp tool.

Why would you want to??? The light tells you the device is working.

If the light bothers you, put a piece of black electrical tape over it. It can't be turned off when it's plugged in.
