well then when u guys are touching make sure that u lean into the touch to show him that u like it and want more of what he is doing..
that is subtle.. if u wanna b a lil bold the u can always take his hand and put it where u want him to touch u... he should get the hint ;)

its hard to explain with out being able to show you if a guy wants to touch you but isn't you could:
a)move in a little closer ,but be subtle about it like adjust how your sitting or where you are positioned to be closer to him
b) give him a touch first ...like touch his leg if he said something funny around the knee area or arm
c) just do it yourself lol let him know your open to him

Guys rarely do subtle, but overboard is also a turn off. I'd start subtle and ramp it up slowly and watch his response. Good Luck.

Whenever you're standing/sitting close together, just let your shoulder or leg lightly brush against him. Or take his hand while he's speaking to you.
