Stop being afraid of violations. You need to stand up for yourself girl. If there was nothing wrong with your (and I doubt there was) question/answer you need to respond to the CoCV. If it was a question, paste them a copy of it and ask them to state what was offensive. If it was an answer, tell them that your answer was only a straightforward difference of opinion with the asker and if your answer was considered offensive, then they need to either also remove the question, or re-instate your answer.
This is the code I live by and I have never been suspended. With a 35%+ best answer rating, I also remind them that I am obviously a good example to the Y!A community.

That's a hard job,especialy as some are soooo ready for a fight ! They do not know that everyones private,personal opinion and view is just that,private and personal ,and it should be respectd even if they happen not to agree with it.

Put a drop of Olbas oil onto your handkerchief,and sniff it often.
