Sort of like statistics you make the measure fit the purpose.

The (measure) character of a person is determined by what they do when no one is watching. (integrity) I think if you saw this, you would really know about their heart. Think of Mother Teresa and those like here. The first sentence is a quote I learned from a bill board and never forgot it. I always remember God sees us 24x7 :)
