I like going to the masseuse. But you see, I never lay on my front. I just lay on my back and they start working their way around. She'll eventually ask if I want a happy ending if I haven't placed the $30 on the table.
haaaa, just kiddin.
i could sure go for a massage therapist right now.

Chiropractor. Find one that uses the Activator method. It adjusts the bones without the grabbing and pulling and twisting that moves more than it intends. I have been going to a chiropractor for 5 years for my degenerated disc, and I can't even explain how good it feels!! : )

I've never been to a chiropractor but love love love getting massages. But make sure you get a good one if your back and shoulders hurt and not a wussy relaxtion massage or it won't feel like it did anything.

The new Back Quack I've been going to for my neck is pretty good, the last one I went to I'd leave feeling like I got beat up. I've only had two "pro" massages, both deep tissue, and I got a fever the next day after one, and just sick after the other....I may just drink too much.
