It takes time. Even if sperm and egg are in the body at the right time theres only an 80 something percent chance that the egg will get fertilized, travel successively through the felopian tube and actually implant in the uterus.

It takes more than one time. Trust me, theres nothing wrong with you just because it didnt happen this cycle.

On average, it takes about 6 months for a woman to get pregnant and each month, even during fertile days, the chance of getting pregnant is something like 25%. Keep trying. If many months pass and still no results talk to your doctor. Best of luck to you.

my wife had the same problem. we saw a specialist and HE SAID.... that it could be a number of things. SOME women still have their periods WHILE being pregnat(uncommon, but true) and he said that the stress my wife was putting on herself TO get pregnat was not helping any either. Hope this helps. Also, the more semen the male releases, the better your odds are. Hold off for awhile, and make sure it is VERY cold while you have sex. The colder it is the more released. Anyways, thats what the doctor said. Now we have a boy and little girl.

Its going to take time. Even if you and your partner have no fertility issues and time everything properly, you only have about a 25% chance of conceiving on any given cycle. If you and your partner are under 35, call your doctor if you haven't conceived within a year, call in six months if you're over 35.

Good luck and baby dust!!!! I know the feeling of diappointment when AF rears her ugly head, but your month will come!!

For "normal" couples it can take up to 12 months to fall pregnant. There are lots of factors that can prevent you becoming pregnant even if you are fertile. If you are actively trying to conceive there are lots of websites that help you chart your cycle and offer advice on conceiving. Google trying to conceive and see what you come up with.

Good luck!

Maybe it's not you. Just because a guy has sperm doesn't mean he can help conceive at any time. See about your boyfriend, there are alot of things out there that can affect the potency of a man's sperm.
