I am in court just about every day. Although this week I got a little rest and will not be in court until Thursday. I go to court for just about every kind of hearing possible in criminal cases--from arraignment all the way to jury trial.

Clerk having conduct of an action under the supervision of a solicitor instructing Barrister, a witness, and acting (under supervision of a solicitor ) in interlocutory hearings in chambers on behalf of a solicitor. ( I would add that the word supervision was technical only and understood by the Court to be so ) It got to a point where if my supervising solicitor was asked about a case i was dealing with he would not know the first thing about it. Needless to say I could not and did not charge a solicitor's costs when they were negotiated only those of a clerk

Somebody tried to rape my Girlfriend... So i made sure he cant use his Tools anymore... Got me to court, pleaded as self defence and since where i come from its whom u know, i got a minimum sentence of 6 months, while he goes to prison, for aggrevated assault, rape (it never happened) disturbing public peace, unccoperative behavior with justice missing a weener, teeth and a testical... and lucky me, the supreme court's ruling judge was my Gf's uncle, so i was bailed out after a day... God! I love this land.

Last time was for possession of cannabis, namely half a joint I was smoking. Outside Stockport police station. They offered me a caution, I refused and said I wanted to go to court. You should have seen their faces. I appeared at magistrate's court, went not guilty, and elected to go to Crown court for a jury trial. I appeared at Crown for plea and directions, then went home. About six months later, I got a letter saying they weren't going to proceed with the case. A Crown court trial costs approximately ten thousand pounds a day, you see. Stick up for yourself, that's the thing. Stupid law, I refuse to obey it.
