If I want an oven, what are my options?

I don't need to cook a turkey, but a duck would be nice. Do I need to go with gas, or is it possible to get a decent sized electric home oven in Japan.

I really want to make some variety of tart, etc. with fresh persimmon fruit.

Or maybe I could make a persimmon and maple syrup stuffing for duck.

I bought an electric oven in Japan, and cooked small turkeys in it. I've also seen microwave ovens that double as conventional electric ovens.

they have a lot of nice electric appliances in Japan. I'd go with an electric one myself
