Lyla, Leila, Laila, or Lila. I like the second one best, personally.

Lila or Lilah. It's true Leila, Laila, Layla, etc. CAN be said "LIE-la," but I've personally only heard the LAY-la pronunciation of them used in real life. I'd stick with Lila(h) -- with or without the H (like Nora/h) -- as the clearest option. A lovely name, by the way. ;)

Lila Rose form of seems extra helpful, yet I want Lilah Rose, in the top. Very fairly(: possibly additionally attempt the spelling Laila? it is my very own prominent, although some people could pronounce it lay-l. a..

I think Lila or Lilah would be most appropriate for that pronounciation and also the ones I like the best. You could also do Lylah or Lyla but all this changing 'i' into 'y' thing recently is getting annoying! I'm so over it!
Leila is also a nice version of the name as is Layla like from the Eric Clapton song..
best of luck

If it's pronounced Lie-la, spell it Lila or if you must, Lyla.
Leila or Layla are pronounced Lay-la. They aren't the same name.
