Since I left high school, I’ve found it very difficult to eat breakfast. I’m told so many times that it is the most important meal of the day, but I really struggle to get used to it. What about you?

Breakfast is the one that I frequently skip but sometimes it gets so hectic at work that i don't have time for lunch and i only drink coffee. I hardly skip my supper though!

i skip breakfast because the foods nauseate me. i skip lunch because i am busy making dinner. i eat dinner but there are days that is tough also. meat is just something i do not crave allot any more. i would heavily indulge in potatos, corn and gravy but i am a diebetic. i love fruit but my sugar soars over a third of a peach or pear.
eating is just not fun anymore when you have to perfect your meals around avoiding all of the things I love.

I have my "breakfast", coffee and lots of lovely SA rusks, and normally skip lunch, because afternoon time is cake time! Then I have dinner in the evening. Can´t miss out on the cake and biscuits, lol !

None of the above.

I'm an insulin dependent diabetic. Regular, nutritious meals are a necessity for me. I live by my carb counts...a ratio of 12 grams of carbs to one unit of insulin.

I carry a carb-counter book in my purse. My insulin pump does the rest.

i usually forget all about breakfast AND lunch, and sometimes i've been so tired i forgot about dinner too! I tend to munch little things throughout the day though, so i don't starve (luckily)
