I need help with bonsai planting instructions!?

Question

I just purchased a large lot of japenease juniper seeds to grow a bonsai. I am new to this art, and have no clue where to start. Can someone give me some direction on getting these seeds planted?

Germinate the seeds: place on wet paper towel, towel and seeds in a plastic zip-type bag, sunny window. When the seeds sprout transfer to growing medium.

Will take a while for the seedlings to achieve a size to begin the bonsai process.
