1. jacov
*** It would seem from many of these that you prefer less common names, and assuming you're using this as a form of Jacob -- I'm only familiar with Jakov and Ya'aqov/Yaakov/Yakov myself -- it really isn't that far removed from the number one choice for years, Jacob. If you want something less common, I'd simply go with a less common option.
2. rowan
*** I love it, though I'm afraid it's getting a slightly trendy feel given its new-found familiarity and popularity as a "new" unisex option following the celeb usage. You might also like the less-common Rohan spelling (actually closer to the original Ruadhan) or the similar name Ronan.
3. kale
*** I don't dislike it, but the similarity to all the other K names currently trendy (and the food that I'm sure will be mentioned) would be a slight turnoff for me, personally.
4. zane
*** I like. Interesting and historic, and one of the few Z names that manages to come across as completely valid AND not sound like a character from a sci-fi novel. :)
5. chase
*** My least favorite here. Very common choice, again, and also a very common verb. I just cannot fully appreciate a name that manages to sound like an imperative no matter what it's paired with. Take, for example, Chase Michael. Why would I want to chase Michael? There's no avoiding it, and I just don't get the appeal. Perhaps as a nickname for Charles (though then I actually adore Charley), but not as a given name. :)
1. audrey
*** Beautiful. Classic. Just wonderful all around. And so refreshing to see it's NOT "Aubrey." LOL
2.eloise
*** Love it! Equally classic, but with an unexpectedly spunky twist. And so many great nickname options, should she want them! I've always found Eloise quite intriguing. ;)
3.tilly
*** Adorable, but I'd only use it as a nickname, personally. Matilda, Talulla, Talitha, etc.
4.talietha
*** Almost. I'm not familiar with "Talietha" (which I'm assuming you're saying tal-IE-tha, with a long "i" sound?), but Talitha is a gorgeous, underused name. It's said TAL-i-tha, however (short "i"). And you could use Tilly as a nickname. ;)
5.saskia
*** I'd expect this to be a little German girl, so if it isn't, it might seem an odd choice. Still a lovely name however. I also quite like Mariska (again, however, very tied to a Hungarian ethnicity).
Great list, by the way! Underused, but real, names are always intriguing. :)

Let's see ...
1. Jacov really ought to be Jacob. Unless you mean for the J to sound like a Y - Yakov. IMHO, that's not a very appealing name.
2. Rowan is okay. Strikes me as a bit more of a girl's name, though I realize it is used for both.
3. Kale is a vegetable. I wouldn't go there.
4. Zane is fine.
5. Chase is a bank, not a baby.
So from your boys' list, I'd use Zane, Rowan or Jacob.
For the girls:
1. Audrey is nice - classic, can't miss.
2. Eloise is nice, too.
3. Tilly is a nickname for Matilda or Tilda, or possibly the French Mathilde. If you used one of those for her formal name, fine. Otherwise, it's too flimsy on its own.
4. Talietha sounds forced and awkward. Tabitha, sure. Even Talisa would be okay. But I just don't get Talietha.
5. Saskia has some appeal, and could be a very nice name.
So from your girls' list, I'd use Saskia or Audrey, possibly Eloise and Tilda with the nickname Tilly.

The only boys name I like is Chase. "Jacov"? since when is that even a name?? "Kale"? You're going to name your future son after a cabbage? "Rowan"? Isn't that a type of yarn? "Zane"? Is he going to be "zainy" and crazy?
Audrey is a pretty name, but Eloise? Is she going to be straight from those books? It sounds very prissy and frilly. Tilly? It sounds like a cow! Talietha? I had to sound that out, out loud and it sounds absolutely ridiculous. Saskia? Like "sas" and "kia"?
I know I'll probably get some thumbs down, but I really don't like your name choices at all.

Zane would be the one I would use, Chase is okay but I really don't like Jacov, Kale and Rowan.
Other boy names I like are Riley, Ryan, Isaac, Lucas, Marcus, Sam/uel.
I can't really say I like any of the girls names but if I had to pick one it would be Eloise at a push because I like the name Louise. What about Loren, Eliza, Jasmine, Zara, Leah/Lia, Imogen or Paige??

For the boys i personally only like Chase. Zane isn't too bad but not at all a favourite of mine.
I like Audrey and Tilly for girls.
The boys names i have chosen are Lukas Phoenix and Kylan Jay.
The girls names i have chosen are Laycie Dakota and Kaylea Rose.

Since you seem to like names off the beaten path (I do too), let me add a few more:
1. Sfronia (Sa-fro'-nya)
2. Emerald
3. Shantelle
4. Lorelai (more common, but still very lovely)
1. Bruce (okay - not unusual, but still not a name you hear too much anymore, and I just love it)
2. Barkley
3. Nivender
4. Loel
Best wishes -
