Yes, they can marry. Matching of horoscope is done on the basis of Moon sign. If the couple has the same moon sign, same nakshatra and pada only then, the match is prohibited.

judging from my parents, this happens as years go by...marriage means that you have to put up with the other person's kousouria, doesn't it???

well he looks NOTHING like his parents now, I can't see him looking like either of them, EVER.
and he doesn't act anything like them either.
