It looks like a fairly simple hood with ears. You could either make a balaclava, or just a tall tube hat, cut out eye holes and catch the ears in the seams.

Not to offend but, I don't think they have them! D= But, if you go to a Halloween costume store, you're sure to find the cape. Then maybe you could search around for a batman logo shirt, and then just black bottoms.

Or gone to a fabric shop that carries patterns, I have seen on I thought at either JoAnne Fabrics or Hanover Fabrics?
Put it in your web search, you may find it that way?
