im 17 and thats legal age of consent in my state... so if i wanted the morning after { plan B} pill, could i MYSELF buy it?

Which state are you in? The laws on buying Plan B are different depending on where you live. I would think it should be available to you, but I heard in some states it is only available to women over 18 (not sure what their laws of consent are). How about ask at your pharmacy?
I'm sure you are already aware that this is intended to be used as emergency contraception and not to be relied on, also it does not protect you from STIs.

Its 18, unless the girl is trafficked into prostitution, then she is a child. It does not matter what her age is, so she could be 40, but she is still a child under Philippines law if she is working in a bar in angeles as a prostitute. Only a fool would go to Angeles philippines these days and bar fine a girl, because its child prostitution and rape. The law to the legal age of consent was changed in 2007, so still a lot of foreigners dont know it. A lot of bars in Angeles stick an NGO license on the girl and say, hey, she is over 18, and these bar owner pimps tell you everything is pk coz they paid off the corrupt police. So the stupid foreigner bar fines the girl, walks down the street and gets arrested by the police. The foreigner then has to pay a bribe of usually around 100,000 to get off he he faces life in jail. The police keep 40,000, the bar owner gets 40,000 and the girl 20,000. Its a big scam. Honestly, the Philippines government needs to put up some big signs at the airports so people understand the new laws on the legal age of consent in the philippines.

Yes, you probably could but I would recommend talking to the State Dept of Health or City Health dept to find out for sure what the law is in your State for legal age of consent.

If you live in the Uk u should get it for free when ur 16. Pharmasists can not turn u away or charge u for it. However i wouldnt recomend using the morning after pill all the time as its only ment for emergency uses.

in ireland its sixteen....but i have known of people youger to get it themselves in emergency situations.
