Yeah, you are right, it is a silly question :)) because Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
I know both, handsome/ugly looking black Americans and handsome/ugly looking Arabs. I have to admit that there are more black Americans with a nicer body because more of them work out. But then on the other hand, very often I do not like the way the represent theirselves. Also please be aware that many nationals are dark skinned.
This question just can not be answered in general. My pure opinion.
What is the serious reason to ask such a question?

I think Lebanese here is handsome cos they have very beautiful eyes and long eyelash. hehe ;)
But local guys here are not that good looking!

personally i would say no but there are good looking guys in every country and belonging to all nationalites personally african men dont do it for me but each to their own

welll, im lebanese here..nd i can say locals arent gud lukin at all ! ...plus..they only want sex 4rm a woman..i guaranteeee...!! but u can find really hot lebanese guys..im dating a lebanese..nd thinkin 4 our future..but no way..locals r UGLY !!..
