Stir-fry scares me sometimes too. Just don't turn it up too high and show that pan who's boss. I bet it turns out great. ♥

Have you done stir-fry before? It's quite easy, so there's no need to be scared, as long as you have everything you need for the kind you're making...which is?

I'm a little nervous about it myself Joe. So why don't you stop by my house around.....say.....6:30 tonight, and we'll run to the market and grab what we need -- and then we'll go back home and work through our fears together. I always say things work better in pairs. We'll be some stir-fryin' fools for the evening okay?!!! What could possibly go wrong....

your question is boggling my noggin.. i cant figure out for the life of me why you would be scared of doing stir fry.. its probably the simplest meal to cook u just have to watch that the meat doesnt over cook..
how bout u come over and ill teach u and then ill be fed as well..?

After having fought so many bushfires,you are probably scared of the fires. Take a few days off Joe!

Just make sure you have clothes on Joe, remember to have all your ingredients already cut and prepared, fry the meat first and then the densest veggies second followed by others.Mix them all back together, season and save some for me!!

do stir fry with the choc cake, I don't think curry and chocolate go to well because curry will ruin the palate for the subtle chocollate flavour. Just my humble opinion.

Don't use the bare essential to do stir fry. Use whatever it calls for, exactly.
