This is a simple question.
Saurav Ganguly is by far (yes, you heard it right), by far the best captain in the history of Indian cricket.
Kick records, but he managed the young players & the senior players very well when he was the captain of the team.
He gave chances to Harbhajan,Yuvraj & Kaif when he was the captain. A lot of people say that he was afraid of playing on bowling beauties.
That sucks bcz he was a good player against fast bowlers & he always backed his players

It is Ajit Wadekar alone and no one else. He won two away series for India for the first time. But for those among the team who conspired against him, he would have had many more laurels to his credit. He is the one who has shown the mettle of Indian players abroad.

KAPIL DEV! All right. Who let India won the 1983 World Cup Finals by making a 175 not out? KAPIL DEV, of course. I even have his wallpaper on my laptop.
