I have the game in ISO file and I downloaded the update 1.11. I downloaded a translation patch from http://www.sekaiproject.net/
but it added Japanese subtitles not English

the patch added the word loading when starting the game and the configuration is in English now but when I added subtitles to the game, it appear in Japanese and so the choices.

It should be adding Enlgish subs since that is the translation project. I don't really know what to tell you, since I haven't downloaded this game myself yet. There is a bunch of people talking about the game over here: http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=4131&show=40 , and a similar question was just raised (or was that you?). If you watch that thread for a little bit, someone should be able to help.

You try to download Greenfish-Subtitle-Player. It's easy to use and I tried it already watching Game of Thrones Season 2. Open it and open the subtitle you're going to use. It's easy. Hope this helped.
