I am really condsidering Ozark Alabama all though Im unfamiliar with the East side just want some feed back on the area

SE Alabama and Ozark are nice areas, good cost of living and available housing, great climate, and the beach is only 6 beers away.

Ozark,Alabama is in Dale County Alabama.It is about 3 hours from The Florida Gulf Coast and an hour from Montgomery.There is access to fishing and to other outdoor recreation.
There are several web sites with information on the city.

Alabama??? Why not consider the REAL Ozarks ... the Ozarks in southwest Missouri.
Springfield (close to Branson) would be perfect. Yes, Oregon is a beautiful state. It's only drawback is that too many Californians think so too.

Oregon has become WAY too congested with millions of Californians. They also drove the real estate prices up. I'd go for the Ozarks.

Move to Oregon. Unless you like backwards ideas and out of date ways of life.
