There is if you want to give them all your personal details and full access to your bank account. If you prefer, shop around and you can easily find one of these lotteries where they will obtain a passport in your name, get a mortgage in your name, get many bank and commercial loans in your name etc. etc. It's only greedy people like yourself that they con as only people like yourself can believe that somebody is willing to give away millions of pounds, euros, dollars etc. when they have no means of raising the money to give you. Therefore, you must believe that there is somebody that is so generous that he wants to give you millions for nothing. All lotteries have some way to raise money. Public ones charge you for a ticket and some on-line private ones use sponsors and advertising revenue to pay their prizes. Get a job and stop wanting everything for nothing in return, it never happens but you are likely to be in financial trouble for the rest of your life if you reply to these cons.
