nba live 1999 where antoine walker is the cover i think its great the graphic great even though 1999 is not great in graphics yet and i miss it too
nba live 2003 the gameplay are better where some extra presentation in the game and also the dunking are great
nba live 2004 in this video game is where nba draftees 2003 are here where carmelo lebron and wade and also its has a great presentation especially the awarding and rookie draft if you see and also mj are there
nba live 2007 where i experiance great play and also the moves its kinda real
nba live 2008 i havent got yet but i'm sure its gonna be great
especially in ps3
but if you ask me the greatest nba live is 1999 where it was great and enjoyable

NBA Live 2001 w/KG because the fade aways were very good. Before that the one with Tim Hardaway on the cover in 97. The grahics have gotten better but some of the gameplay aspects have gotten better and others worse.

NBA Live 2005 I love the songs on there and NBA Live 06 its a very good game

The year before the NBA 2K series in the Dreamcast started and supplanted Live as the premier sim basketball game. That would be 1998 and iirc, it was Timmy "I hate homos" Hardaway on the cover. Those were bygone days when Live's main competitor was 989 Sport's (then highly acclaimed) Shootout series. Visual Concepts was still languishing in obscurity doing sports games for the Saturn.

NBA live 2005 with Carmelo Anthony on the cover. Its my favorite because it introduced the dunk contest elements which i thought was very fun and interesting although dunking takes lots of pratice. I also like the 3 pt shoot out. My friends and i are always battling on that.
