That's really not that sick to me. Pregnant woman can be beautiful and it doesn't hurt anyone!
and to Llew... a fetish is something a person needs for sexual satisfaction and CANNOT climax without it.

This is an odd fetish.
Firstly, nature has certain ways of making the brain think a particular "creature" should not be harmed. Science have proved that a babies eyes are set at such a distance that they appear "cute" to all. Like wise, a pregnant woman goes though facial and physical changes that say "am really nice... feed me, protect me... love me...", it is those things that trigger chemical responses that invoke and support the fetish.
Like wise, alot of men these days are single. There is a physical, psychological and social need to not only father a child. To enjoy the night cuddles. This further re-enforces the fetish.
Not that i have done it, just way too much psychology and anthropology at college.

Nobody has mentioned that the woman will not get pregnant from the potential tryst - she's there already. Plus, the lady often has new, stronger female urges since she is becoming a woman, and this may affect those who believe the podding flower is the prettiest.
Not my fantasy - just trying on somebody else's shoes.

If a straight man finds the physical form of women by default to be beautiful, why wouldn't he find pregnant women beautiful? Pregnancy is the most obvious physical form of human unity. For anyone to find pregnancy an unfit practice for humans, they'd have to be absolutely against the continuation of the human species, or in complete denial of the necessities for it.

I'm personally not into that and wouldn't be unless I was married and it was my wife who was pregnant. I've learned in anatomy & physiology that during pregnancy the female body goes through alot of changes, obviously. The breasts get larger of course and I've heard that pregnant women's skin seems to shine more and look healthier, possibly because they are taking in more nutrients for themselves and their baby. Maybe this is why some men like pregnant women.

The pregnant body is beautiful. Some guys like different things - skinny girls, big girls, pregnant women, feet, etc.. It's not "sickly" in any way whatsoever.

I guess some men still have subconcious remind memories, that make them feel good & project those feelings into another sensation( a complex matter that should be properly explained by an specialist: kinda S. Freud equivalent)

some me do believe that a woman has a certain "glow" about her when she's pregnant. honestly, i hope for a woman that handles pregnancy well. =]
