When i leave to a community lot at say.. 7am, i stay until say...1pm but when i return home it's 7am again?! Is this normal? If not can you send URL of a patch if you can.

when you leave to a community lot in the sims 2, the game automatically saves the time, mood and everything else in the house until you go back to the house, this is normal dont worry

When you go to a community lot, the game saves your time that you leave at home and like you say, when returning, it is the same time as when you left.
This is normal.

this is normal. Its so hat if you spend 40 days at a community lot you don't waste your sims days thingy.
The game saves before you leave your house before you go so that when you go to your house, you can resume at the same time again.

Yep completely normal. It does the same thing when you send them on vacation in the Bon Voyage expansion.
