mmm...me too...I love sushi and I have been to eat it three times this week already. One thing people have to remember is that all sushi is not raw. There are tons of rolls that use all cooked fish and other seafoods. I am not even a big fish fan and I still find plenty of rolls I like, especially ones that have spicy crawfish, shrimp and shrimp tempura, soft crab and crabsticks like the california roll. Also, you can get rolls deep fried tempura style with a variety of spicy or sweet sauces, the house sauce depending on the restaurant many times. If you have tried it at like a chinese restaurant buffet and did not like it, you might change your mind if you get quality sushi from a japanese restaurant or any place they put more care into making it as far as quality and technique. For instance, the seaweed sheet should be toasted and if its not, it changes the whole consistancy of sushi making it tough. Its best dipped in one of the little dishes with soy sauce and a little bit of wasabi thrown in the soy and mixed..mmmm,, you can make it have more or less kick with the wasabi as you can put it in the soy sauce according to your taste...now the ginger, I cannot do it!!

i admire sushi. Gosh, now i choose some. properly, i admire Shrimp Tempura. i admire something that has shrimp in it. i in my view want the cooked sushi, yet i've got at the instant had the uncooked ones and that they are merely as good.

Me too and I like the saltiness of the soy sauce. However, I don't like the ginger and other green stuff (what is it anyway) that is normally served with it.
