If they can keep up what they're doing right now,then they will(I think thats unlikely).If it does happen,Chelsea will drop.

Well, I suppose they deserve to, but as the season progresses, the big 4 will most likely regain their positions (not identical to last season maybe). If City keep their top 4 position, Chelsea would technically be the most likely to drop to a UEFA Cup spot. Though Rafa Benitez would deserve that more, yes.

Man city will be in top 4, Chelsea drops to 5. The writing is on the wall, after Jose's departure, some of his die hard players will definitely move, and if Jose's starts couching anytime from now, no matter where he goes

I don't expect Manchester City will finish in the top four but if it were to happen it would probably be at the expense of Chelsea.
I fancy City for a UEFA Cup slot.
