I would go with Mylie too because the spelling Miley could be mispronounced as 'Millie' possibly. Mylie is more feminine too.

Mylie...however think about this girl when she gets older. Mylie seems like a little girl's/teenager's name, not a name for a professional woman.

Mylie is more girly, which is great for your baby girl, congratulations!!

Whereas Miley reminds me of Riley which, although can be a girls name, leans more toward the male name domination.

how about using Mylie as a nick name and calling her Mylana or Mylena, i just have trouble picturing a 45yr old woman named Mylie.
