My guess is you will never find him through Yahoo.
Your boyfriend must be the one to aggressively look for him. He can start by asking their relatives. If Mr Pitogo ran away from family, the family can seek the help of the Philippine National Police who might have a record of him.
Or the tv stations can help. A program on the QTV Channel is dedicated to finding missing persons. But they flash photos and a 20-years-ago photo may not help much. But there is nothing lost in trying.
I am hoping they will have a good reunion.

Go to dzrh at star city . I think they have a portion there that can help you find missing persons.
