Notre Dame's been worse all season, but Nebraska's made more notoriety lately with some huge losses, and it doesn't get any easier with games left with Texas, Kansas, KSU, and Colorado, whereas Notre Dame's schedule lightens up immensely (Navy, Duke, Air Force, Stanford).
If the two played this year, it would definitely be a Smashed Winshield spectacular (you leave two tickets on your dashboard and go somewhere; come back and someone's smashed your windshield and left four more).

Without a doubt, it's Notre Dame. At least Nebraska has a chance going into some of its games.

Notre Dame is worse, but they may end up with a better record. Nebraska is unlikely to win another game, while with Notre Dame's schedule, they could easily end up with 5 wins.
