'A' is born o 15th april 'B ' is born on 16 th april. They are 1 mile away one another. they said birth day wishes one another through cell at the same time at 6-00 AM

They would most likely have to be on ships or wearing snowshoes, since one is on the west side of the International Date Line and the other is on the east side.

As far as I can recall the International Date Line does not cross land anywhere, north of Antarctica--it runs across the Arctic Ocean through the Bering Straits, across the Pacific and down to Antarctica.

They could be on ice in the Bering Strait, on ships, or standing on land in Antarctica. Hope they are dressed for wherever they are. And belated Happy Birthdays to both of them!

There are in similar times zones but are at different sides of the IDL(International Date Line). they are still the same longitude of 180 degrees or 0 degrees as it is the only place where the longitude degree is the same both in east and West.
